Through SAFT Careers, we operate as a volunteer-based career coaching initiative dedicated to supporting newcomers to Canada and job seekers navigating today’s competitive job market. We provide practical, personalized guidance to help individuals effectively communicate their skills, strengthen their professional profiles, and approach their job search with clarity and confidence.

As part of our support, we may also refer selected candidates from our career coaching network to opportunities within our employer connections. These referrals are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of roles within our network, as well as the alignment between a candidate’s skills and the specific requirements of the position. Our focus remains on ensuring meaningful and relevant matches where possible.
